Fairway Road Home This classic home on a wooded lot borders the 12th hole on the Sun Valley golf course and offers beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The spacious living area has a massive stone fireplace and huge floor to ceiling windows. A separate, comfortable sitting room has its own fireplace and opens to a large patio. The large gourmet kitchen is perfect for preparing large meals and the dining table seats up to eight. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and its own bath. Bitterroot HouseThis unique three level home is situated at the end of a cul de sac in the secluded Bitterroot subdivision, halfway between Sun Valley Resort and downtown Ketchum. This home is perfect for a large family with six bedrooms (one king bed and five queens) and five baths.

Scorpion Lodge The Scorpion Lodge is located at the base of the Scorpion ski run at Warm Springs, walking distance to the Challenger and Greyhawk lifts. This three level home has six bedrooms with an attached one bedroom/ loft condo. The two units may be rented together or separately.
